"Long tail Q" problems with +smcp

As you can see, when using the +smcp feature the "long tail Q" for the regular face don't work for capital Q (it works for the lower case, though) neither on EB Garamond 12 (top block) nor on EB Garamond 08 (bottom). It works for italics with EB Garamond 12. I'm not sure what's going on with small caps and italics on 08 :)

The smallcaps glyphs are missing from the relevant classes in the regular calt feature. I'll need to investigate what happens in 08-It, though.
