dont use localiced SF download links. They fail often. dropbear and hciattach are created but not in opentom_dist make it possible to use swap on sdccard (file or partition) fix tuxchess include path add a helpscript ". s" which set the sdcard environment after telnet login update navit ro git release R6816 for faster routing

next to do: make it possible to use NLS in navit. it is broken.

Thank you very much for your hard work (especially for the Navit build)! It's nice to see it working again.

As I implemented automatic builds in the meantime, the branches kind of went apart a bit. Would you mind rebasing against the updated master branch?

In addition, I left some comments directly within the files. Feel free to comment if you have any questions or I'm nitpicking too much :wink:

I will fork the actual master and create a new pull request for navit alone. I think so it is better to handle.
