zlib is moved from http://zlib.net/zlib-1.2.10.tar.gz to http://zlib.net/fossils/zlib-1.2.10.tar.gz

Thank you for reporting! It seems they move the files as soon as a new release comes out. Hopefully the new URL stays a little longer.
