1) Disables the save config to flash functionality by disabling the button. This functionality fails quite often with the new larger flash config, resulting in a very loud white-ish noise burst followed by the DAC crapping out (on my machine it's likely that power is getting cut off by the upstream USB port).
2) Adds a post EQ gain setting to adjust the output gain after EQ is complete. This gives independent adjustment ability for the EQ and output stage, so that we don't have to compromise to accommodate whichever has less headroom.
