Text rotation broken on WebKit browsers #45

This includes Safari and all browsers on iOS.

Text ends up appearing in the top-left of the screen for some bizarre reason.

Added a workaround for the no-rotation case in https://github.com/georgefst/monpad/commit/8a9aa3f1cf5afffea563553401b0e65f50f08caa.
