Also slight formatting fix on readme

@georgelu think this is good? Just the visual of ready to work on/done seems useful to me.

If so, I think you'll have to click through the waffle badge on the readme to grant full access to waffle.io to get 'real time updates' from github.

Lmk what you think, no pressure if seems redundant.

Wow, waffle.io is pretty neat.

I'm not quite sure we need so much structure as a team of 2, but since it piggybacks off github issues it's not a big deal. Thanks for setting this up! I'll definitely keep an eye on it and keep in maintained on my end unless otherwise noted.

+1 I think it's probably overkill, but may help and was pretty painless to put up
