Offer a UI to submit, monitor and control jobs in macosx.

Should make job scripts on its own, in memory, and submit the job scripts to 
openlava.

save them to json on file for persistance, take each job off, as it gets 
submitted. FIFO format. 

you should be able to submit/hold/resume/stop/cancel your jobs and jobs 
submitions

make sure it also supports command-line. Should be just an overlay of bsub or 
replication of features of thereof but mostly for testing
