FAIR URGENCY
A new scheduling algorithm that helps to ensure a balanced utilization of 
critical resource pools such as file servers. Fair Urgency is a standard means 
to avoid overloading and performance degradation.

Benefits
Provides equitable access to critical resources
Elimination of overloading maintains performance at peak
