Do we actually follow the status code rules layed out in the API? #22

I just checked all the approved visitors commands (and updated the API for a few where I hadn't specified what the status code would be), and it looks like we do. If we catch something later that doesn't fit, we can reopen this, but for now, I'm gonna close it.
