Is it free for commercial use or not?

Rasp documentation has the words "free [commercial-use license]" i.e.

"By default libcyw43 is licensed for non-commercial use, but Pico W users, and anyone else who builds their product around RP2040 and CYW43439, benefit from a free commercial-use license."

But the README.md here says "For commercial licensing options please email contact@georgerobotics.com.au."

Which is it?

" The cyw43-driver is free for commercial use on any RP2040 based microcontroller board, which includes the Pico W.
