src: Fix BT+Wifi buffer corruption issue. #77

Change from Infineon to fix the BT buffer corruption which occurs when making heavy use of BT and WIFI at the same time.

I see the commit here is authored by Hardik Chauhan, but it seems like you did a lot of the work?

When I rebase, your involvement will be lost. Do you want to reauthor it yourself, or add yourself as a sign-off? Or something else?

I have tested this (with the corresponding pico-sdk changes) and it works well.

No worries - I'm not too bothered. Feel free to rebase without adding my name.
