What about PhyloNe ?

@JuliaPalacios : PhyloNe works well for some part of the package, but I am not sure about the functions LDNe and varNe. I finished a first vignette on those functions, stored in ewersSaucedo/EffSize_hackathon, maybe that helps you bring all the pieces together.

Ah, yes, we need a title for the MER proposal. How about: "multiNe: The many facets of effective population size"?

Hi @ewersSaucedo ! Thanks for the name!! I liked it too. I am also working on my vignette but I think it will take me at least a couple of more weeks. Having the vignettes will absolutely help a lot!
