[Task] Write spec of functionality

MacPassRevealer has the following core functionality, which should be merged into MacPass without the need for an additional Plugin.

Features

Display Status Item in Menu Bar
Menu on Status Item with Actions
1. Lock Database
2. Lock All Databases
3. Quit MacPass
Add Global Hotkey to Activate MacPass
- MacPass will get displayed
- Search will get initiated with the last search

@mstarke couple other items:

Hide Dock Icon
Search Context - App/Bundle Aware - I added this in my more recent commits. Needs tweaking, but I find it amazingly convenient. I have branch for extending further with Safari, which if the App/Bundle is Safari. It runs the AppleScript for the URL to provide the search context based on the webpage.
Maybe Pin MacPass to the MenuBar Icon? -- That way the window is alwaysI in the right place. I have branch where I messed around with doing this but I couldn't get it to work with the whole MacPass window with the search bar etc.. only certain view controllers (ie Password Generator, or List view)....
