Invalid Identification Number Accepted #4

Currently, adding an invalid identification number is accepted. The user could be warned that the identification number they have used is invalid, by using the checksum formula provided by the Singapore Government.

Team's Response

According to internet sources, the exact algorithm for Singapore NRIC is not published by the government. Services to check if an NRIC is valid is provided by the government, however, this is not in scope with our project to use such services.
