Dark theme & language picker

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] These recent years, the request for dark theme has increased and that is for two main reasons:

1. On mobile devices, the battery lasts longer as the pixels don't need so much light.
2. During night, you can read without any problem some white text on a black background.

Talking about the language picker: user should have the possibility to select his preferred language.

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. The user should have two buttons: one for the dark theme and the second should be a dropdown with the available languages. By default, the website should take user's browser preference and set it. If the language doesn't exist, there should be a fallback language.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered. Save the dark theme in a cookie so every time the user visits the page he will have the dark theme or the light theme. Regarding the language, set the browser's preference inside the service provider and the choices inside a session or cookie.

I like the dark theme idea and please be sure that i will add it in the next pre-release update to help users to have a more friendly and not very bright experience. For the language picker i will have that in my mind for the future in beta versions, to transform this project for all the universities need worldwide.
