Write numfocus funding data retriever #13

I'm not sure this is possible actually, I don't see this info reported at the project level on their website, but I will contact them and see what they say

If they don't report funding amounts, might still be able to retrieve a boolean "is it funded by numfocus or not" value, though

One option seems to be to scrape (A) NumFocus "fiscally sponsored projects", (B) NumFocus "affiliated projects', and (C) projects receiving NumFocus small development grants. This could be done periodically (say once a week through a GH Action cron job) and this data could live in the repo; a function could then match against these sources. Of course, you're clever and will probably find a better way. Just thinking out loud :)
