Update preprocessing script to write out dataset

Closes #443

Brian, this generates the dataset described in https://eto.tech/dataset-docs/private-sector-ai-indicators/ , plus gets rid of some unused columns in the webapp export. Two differences from the description on the platform site:

• Instead of the parent columns, we have an "Aggregated subsidiaries" column
• We only have one column for the total publication counts
