Remove instances of auxiliary heating #527

This Pull request tries to remove the deprecated aux_heating feature from the climate entity.

@georgezhao2010 I have made an attempt to remove aux heating, probably removing some functionality. Let's work together in the PR so we can remove the deprecated instance.

I haven had the chance to test this out on my setup yet. I will post comments after I test with my devices. Unfortunately I have only 1 kind. ANYONE USING THIS PR MIGHT BE UNSTABLE AND USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
