Pipeline override design

Description

Now that we have the (de)serialization working. We want to add the functionality that allow the user to override the decision made by Foreshadow by default.

Steps

• Define what can be overridden by the user.
• Define the impact of each override. For example, what happens if the user overrides the intent on a column.
• Come up with issues to implement the override functionality

Expected Results

• Pipeline override action design doc
• A list of issues in the backlog to implement the design
