Infrastructure config - autodetect: [nf-core only] try to autoscale default process labels depending on max resources #19

Once we have detected/have the user confirm the max_ parameters, we could try to scale the default nf-core process labels,e .g. small == 10% (with a minimum, medium 25%, large 50%, highmem 100% or similar.
