When following the protocol Kim, S.H. et al. (2023). Simultaneous Single-Cell Profiling of the Transcriptome and Accessible Chromatin Using SHARE-seq. In: Marinov, G.K., Greenleaf, W.J. (eds) Chromatin Accessibility. Methods in Molecular Biology, vol 2611. Humana, New York, NY. https://doi.org/10.1007/978-1-0716-2899-7_11, I noticed the python script PEFastqToTabDelimited-reverse.py used in examples was not uploaded in this repository.
If you are willing to share this script, I will be very grateful.
