can't download input file

When I try to download the input file for hg38, it says "you do not have permission to access this server"

Looks like the server might have been inaccessible at that moment. Seems to be working now

I am having the same issue

"You don't have permission to access /kundaje/marinovg/non_coding_CRISPR_screen_design/hg38-male-GuideScan.tar.gz on this server."
