Update data to CLDR v45 #15

This simple PR updates the data to the latest version of CLDR v45 (@2024-04-17) here: Versions Data

I did check the changes and ran the example, but nothing extensive...

Sorry, with language_data in place, this is not straightforward like this. I had problems updating language_data (in submodule updates), so, for now, I'm closing this.
