Change wording and add image

Hi @georgringer I love your new extension. I changed some words in your documentation - see what you think. Also I think it would be good if you added an image to show the Help menu. I couldn't get it nice and crisp like your others :-(

When I installed it on my TYPO3 instance, I encountered two issues:

• The navbar didn't display for me. I think it's supposed to show a link to the extension on GitHub.
• Once I had navigated away from the home page, using the sidebar, I couldn't display the home page again. Broken link on the word 'Documentation'? I had to use the Help menu and select the 'Project documentation' option again to get back to the home page.

Could the application of this extension be broader? Not just limited to docs about custom extensions. My first thought was to implement it for the new TYPO3 demo site https://demo.typo3.dev/. I have been wondering where to put companion documentation for that site and this might be the answer.

@flicstar The problem with the navbar is fixed with pull request #2 I also encountered the problem when clicking on the word "Documentation" in the upper left corner. In my case the complete TYPO3 backend loads in the documentation iframe. I found no solution for this because there is no configuration option within Docsify for that. After a quick view into the Docsify documentation I found no option to add custom JavaScript to modify the link href.
