ncdap_test not existing in latest netcdf-src #70

Current release of netcdf-src will fail since it requires creating some configure files in directory which we have excluded. Short term solution might be to create a fork/patch of netcdf-c which fixes this, long term solution will be to get this included upstreams and released in the next version of netcdf-c.

Should be fixed in netcdf-src version 0.1.2
