The current ecosystem allows to format RINEX easily but the current command line has no option to propose RINEX as an output product.
With this new option, we allow to process a context, and output a context.
For example, OBS RINEX will be generated if OBS RINEX is contained in the context.
NB: RINEX formatting does not work well at the moment (minor formatting issues), because it has not been the focus so far
