geos-chem-cloud documentation update #10

Not exactly sure what all needs to be updated. For example, this page https://cloud-gc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/chapter03_advanced-tutorial/container.html, should be updated to use the "official" geos-chem images which are built by our Azure pipelines. There are probably other updates that need to be made.
