What happened? What did you expect to happen?
I want to run HEMCO standalone, but failed to get the HEMCO_diagnostics files.
What are the steps to reproduce the bug?
1) create HEMCO rundirs and complie following https://hemco.readthedocs.io/en/stable/hco-sa-guide/run-standalone.html 2) ./hemco_standalone -c HEMCO_sa_Config.rc > log
Please attach any relevant configuration and log files.
