[BUG/ISSUE] Colorbar issue in stratospheric difference dynamic range plots #191

Seb Eastham pointed out an issue in the dynamic range plotting for some species in the stratospheric difference plots. For example, see SO4 in this file. This seems to be a colorbar issue.
