Combine Ref and Dev in the same file for TransportTracers mass conservation tables #308

In the future, it would be nice to print Ref and Dev [in RnPbBe budget files] to the same file so the values could be compared side-by-side. We do this for other benchmark tables. It's a little bit tricky here because the budget and STE tables have three columns (210Pb, 7Be, 10Be), but each of those could be include into two subcolumns.

The mass conservation tables especially would benefit from printing Ref and Dev to the same file since there is only one column for each.

This could be implemented into the next feature release of GCPy.

Ref and Dev are now printed in the same mass conservation table in PR #305, which was merged into GCPy 1.5.0. We can now close this issue.

I will open a separate issue to note that we still need to print Ref & Dev in the same TransportTracers budget table.
