[FEATURE REQUEST] Save out aerosol concentrations in ug/m3 instead of ppbv #77

The GEOS-Chem Steering Committee has requested that aerosol output be expressed in units ug/m3, as we did before in the IDL benchmark plots. This should be done for the Aerosols and Secondary Organic Aerosols benchmark categories.

This will be implemented for use in the 12.9 GEOS-Chem benchmark.

This is now complete in commit https://github.com/geoschem/gcpy/commit/0823933d02a342bd952a53a26c3c54cf898020f4.

Here is a sample validation plot that the conversion is working properly. Top is IDL-generated surface SALA for July 2016 as part of the 1-year full chemistry benchmark of GEOS-Chem version 11-02e. Below it is the GCPy-generated surface SALA for July 2016 as part of the 1-month full chemistry benchmark of 12.8.0.
