Need a developer guide so more people can help maintain this system. It can also be a reference for building other atmospheric models, or basically any models that use Fortran/C and NetCDF.

Will need to cover:

Install compilers and NetCDF libraries on a brand new system
Configure GEOS-Chem from scratch.
Make and distribute AMIs on your own. Basically, build something similar to the AMI used in the beginner tutorial.
Perhaps also distribute models in Docker containers.

Need more details on MPI libraries but this is not a priority now.

@WilliamDowns is going to be working on installing libraries on the cloud, as part of the NASA/AIST project.
