Thanks for writing @kimm1na. believe in general the lifetime in the atmosphere should be about ~10 years, but that's just a ballpark guess. We would refer you to the Carbon Cycle Working Group. Tagging @kbowman77 @dbajones

May I ask how long is the lifetime of CO2 in GEOS-Chem simulation? Does it depends on the meteorological condition?
