Provide a clear and concise overview of the new feature requested.

Several new species have been added to the GFED extension in https://github.com/geoschem/HEMCO/pull/285, including ALK6, C4H6, EBZ, STYR, TMB. The GFED4 climatology file should be updated to include these new species. The original GFED4 climatology pull request is https://github.com/geoschem/geos-chem/pull/1758.
