Needed style updates

Here is a list of some necessary style updates. Feel free to keep adding to this list.

• [ ] Remove duplicate menus on IGC/GCE/GCA meeting pages
• [ ] Add spacing between list items for better readability
• [x] Remove gap between menu bar and dropdowns
