Per Randall's latest request/s, I corrected some of the prior GCSC entries, added a few new ones, pushed all the GCSC pins at the bottom (but not after the GCST pins), and added some more users.
I incorporated prior revision requests for one of the users at NASA LaRC.
I could not re-submit my revisions due to GitHub origin head errors and it looks like the prior branch is still showing up even after deletion. Please ignore the branches, _people_August_42023 and _people_August_62023.
Expected changes
The GCSC entries and its marker positions on the map will be updated. Some more GC users will also be added upon merging this latest branch.
