Update GCE2 website pages #25

Describe the update

The GCE2 webpages are updated to:

1) Add group photo to the main GCE2 page 2) Add presentations and poster page with links to Google Drive 3) Remove information no longer needed (agenda, logistics, register, directions, webcast)
