[FEATURE REQUEST] Additional regional domains offered by the IMI #66

The IMI originally included the following regions:

China/SE Asia
Europe
North America

It will also be expanded to offer:

South America
Middle East
Oceania
Africa

This primarily involves processing the global 0.25x0.3125 meteorology fields available to the IMI. The global fields are cropped to the regions above to reduce file size and speed up file I/O in the GEOS-Chem simulations run within the IMI.

The inclusion of South America is now available in main.

The documentation and configuration files have been updated to reflect additional domains in https://github.com/geoschem/integrated_methane_inversion/pull/83. Cropped met fields for all domains are now available for 2019. Additional years will be added as I complete processing them.
