[FEATURE REQUEST] More advanced averaging kernel and posterior error diagnostics #77

The IMI currently saves the diagonal elements of the averaging kernel and posterior error matrices in gridded_posterior.nc and the entire matrices in inversion_result.nc. Some users may be interested in more advanced diagnostics (such as investigating correlations between state vector elements).
