Change conda file to specify only direct imports per conversation with @laestrada. If we can find out what packages we need for AWS (and they aren't too large), we can have one simple environment file for both. Changed test settings in Harvard Cannon config file and request enough memory for imi_preview.py because the default is too low for Cannon.
