Added SciPy DCIP notebook files to tutorials folder.

Prior to merging, we should

• [ ] move data and model files to the cloud
• [ ] add links so that these can be downloaded

Also, since there are several notebooks in this folder, adding an index notebook with a brief explanation of what the others contain and a suggested order to work through them would be helpful!

• [ ] in DCinv_Gradient_singleSrc_Clean.ipynb can we point to scripts in this repo rather than the presentations one ?

The images are now available at:

so they can be removed from the repo, and we can just pass them as urls

@micmitch : can you take a look at how the files are being downloaded for the potential fields story (https://github.com/simpeg/tutorials/blob/master/docs/content/stories/PF_MAG.rst) and associated notebook? We can then remove the large files from this pull request and just download them from the cloud. It would be great to get this example in!
