Manual Author Entries for Case Histories #455

Currently, authors must added to the contributors page and referenced within case_histories.json. As a result, manual entries cannot be included in the case_histories.json file. Hopefully something can be done about this. Otherwise: 1) The list of names on the contributors page will grow significantly with every case study. 2) We will need to deal with getting permission from every author to include their affiliation etc... on the contributors page

@dccowan: I am not entirely sure what you are suggesting by "something can be done about this". What do you have in mind?

In a lot of ways, since the DISC has finished and the growth slowed, I think manual entries should not be as painful, as they will only be happening periodically. If you agree, please feel free to close this issue.
