Sign convention in interface conditions #511

Medium 1 and 2 are switched in Griffiths. As a result, the sign is wrong in interface conditions for some expressions. I will fix this.

The sign convention seems to be fine. It was tough to interpret without the layers being labelled explicitly in the figures. This has been fixed. Will start pull request.
