The previous scale shifted the true response by a factor of 100 because mu_0 = 4 pi 1e-7 but remaining factor after smplication by 4 * pi was 1e-9 (instead of 1e-7). I chose a more verbose formulation with mu_0 for code clarity and consistency with the em.geosci equations.
