Processing #23

These changes mostly add a more general geoprocessing API to GeoScript. There are some changes to the Raster class, but almost all work is added in the new 'processing' and 'examples' packages, so it leaves existing code from 'raster' branch unaltered.

I have deleted 'raster' package, as it was redundant and outdated in relation to the raster elements in 'layer' package

Closing the pull request since now some changes do not make sense with other changes I am making on the Geotools processing part. I will resubmit some parts but in smaller, better organized patches.
