Heavy Bug for Copy and Paste Menu #62

There is a heavy bug for Copy and Paste Layers Functionality. cClick on a Layer and then click copy; if you select a Folder the Menu Paste is not Enable. To render it enabled you must first click on a Folder and then click copy so it appears enabled.
