use extra disks attached to the krihs VMs

Krishs's IT attached extra disks to the VMs, one each. We need to format, mount and start using these disks.

• [x] For the PostgreSQL machine the purpose of the extra disk is obvious.

• [x] For the GeoServer machine, I'd use it to store any raster or vector data that does not reside in postgresql

• [x] For the GeoNode machine I don't actually know. Any suggestion @afabiani ? it's a 200GB disk

@randomorder for groserver machine which is sharing via nfs /opt/data, I would make /opt/data mount such disk
