Compatibility issue with noaa services #475

When add this server ad WMS source to MapStore and try to add layers to the map, the map zoom to the 0,0 coordinate and don't display layers.

http://nowcoast.noaa.gov/wms/com.esri.wms.Esrimap/obs?service=wms&version=1.1.1&request=GetCapabilities

NOTE: we are using EPSG:900913

Also GeoServer has some problems adding this as a WMS layer. NOTE: we are using EPSG:900913
