Reporting panel with charts generated or imported during the session #788

Create a reporting panel that can collect and manage charts generated / imported during the session (see #785 ). This panel should show icon and title of the chart generated, open on double click, right click should open a menu with other functionalities. An X button will remove this chart from the panel (with confirm window).
