Jenkins instance for MapStore CD for in Test Environment #159

I'd be nice to have CD for MapStore in test. To achieve this I propose we install Jenkins on the test machine to perform MapStore deployment. There is only ~170MB of available RAM on the test machine at the moment. To build MapStore we'd need a few GB (maybe 4). To just deploy a prebuild MapStore instead we'd need only ~1GB.
